If you want to know the status of your order, you can access the website of our logistics provider with the order reference number. We ask for your patience during these days as, due to the current situation, some orders may experience delays in transport.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). It is estimated that it will take between 2 to 3 business days to deliver the package at the shipping address.
